This spacious 2 bedroom, 3 bathroom townhouse was totaly remodeled and decorated in November 2007 and is located in the 2nd row and is approximately 150 feet from the complex pool and trolley stop. This townhouse features a hot tub, wood burning fireplace and a combination pool and air hockey table. There is additional sleeping on the queen size sleeper sofa.
The foyer is at ground level with covered entryway and carport. The washer/dryer is located here. There is a bedroom and bath on each level. Main living areas are on the 2nd floor.
The kitchen appliances are all full sized and include an automatic dishwasher, microwave & coffeemaker.

“We stayed this week at 403 Baskins Creek Rd. unit 403 (Gatlinburg Townhomes). We loved the layout of the unit and found our stay to be very enjoyable. Did want to make you aware of one thing, however. There is an ant problem in the kitchen of the unit. They ended up on the table, counter, dishwasher and crawling on the wall behind the sink. We were careful to leave all food items in our fridge, but it was kind of gross. We found some spray under the sink and did what we could, but I would suggest you get the unit professionally sprayed. Just wanted to let you know.“
