A Bear's Paradise is a beautifully decorated and furnished chalet with all you will need on your Smoky Mountain getaway for 2 - 6 guests. You will treasure the time you spend at this chalet in a charming woodland setting with a mountain view. There is a spacious living room with a gas fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen that opens into the dining area and half bath on the main floor. In addition, there are two master bedrooms with king size beds, each with their own full baths also on the main floor, one with a private deck. The loft has a sleep out sofa, a heart- shaped Jacuzzi tub and opens to a large deck for relaxation. A game of billiards, darts or cards will entertain you in the game room in the lower level. A Bear's Paradise is spaciously designed with special attention given to every decorating detail including bears, rabbits and moose. An entertainment center includes a TV, DVD, VCR and stereo system. There are also TVs in each of the bedrooms and one in the game room. Relax on one of four decks, one that has a hot tub looking over the woodland valley. In addition there is a covered deck with a charcoal grill and dining table chairs. A Bear's Paradise is nestled on a quiet wooded oasis between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge in North Chalet Village. Close to the Smoky Mountain National Park, Arts & Crafts Community, shopping, Dollywood,a variety of other shows and access to three swimming pools and tennis courts; your vacation begins at A Bear's Paradise. |

“Thank you for allowing us to stay at your beautiful cabin on December 11-13, 2009. My only suggestion is to let prospective patrons know they need to rent an SUV or Truck if they are renting a vehicle to get to the cabin. We had no idea that the cabin was in the mountains that much (A beautiful view, once you get pass the steep mountain view). We were very surprised because we flew to Knoxville and rented a Pontiac only to find out we needed to rent a truck or SUV (you may want to suggest on your website that if they are renting a vehicle they should rent an appropriate vehicle for mountains). Also, we were disappointed to find out we had to go outside to get to the pool room to shoot pool. We would have played more than we did if there was door that led from the house to the pool room. The hot tub, AWESOME!!! We loved it. Jacuzzi, AWESOME!!! Beds, ADDICTIVE!! Plenty of room! You have a beautiful cabin and we would definitely want to stay again. Very homey and comfortable atmosphere. Great for a couple to stay who want to be secluded. Pigeon Forge and Gatlingburg are just gorgeous. We will be coming back next year. Again, thank you!!! “We had fantastic weekend. This was our 3rd stay with you, and this was our favorite cabin! Very roomy and nice, great location, beautiful scenery.
Nothing really to change, the only suggestion I would have is the early checkout! 10am is pretty early for us. Noon would be SO much nicer! Spending all day at Dollywood, didn’t get back to the cabin until late, had to eat, relax, got to bed really late, then to be up, packed and ready to be out by 10am is hard! Hate to end a vacation rushed like that. But everything else was perfect.

“What a wonderful place to stay! Within an hour of arriving, we saw an adult black bear walking up the street. Each of the next two days, we saw a family of wild turkeys. The hot tub was enjoyed each day by all and the game room was a hug hit. This home is wonderfully decorated and includes everything you can imagine. Truly one of our best vacations.
